Almansa Model 403 Featuring a Solid Spruce Top

Student Level

Seasoned players can make an inferior guitar sound good. Musicians will be demoralized by trying to learn on a poor quality guitar. An inferior guitar will not stay in tune and will have poor intonation across the fretboard. No matter how much budding musicians practice, newly learned songs will sound out-of-tune and these players will quickly become discouraged. Inferior guitars will surely set-up a musician for failure.

We offer to share our experience to help choose an instrument while keeping within a set budge.

Photos please.

This beautiful guitar has very nicely grained Mahogany back and sides. The solid tight grained Spruce top speaks volumes of this new instruments voice and will continue to develop. The traditional Almansa slotted headstock is capped in very nicely grained mahogany that sets off the nickel platted quality machines with pearlscent buttons. A traditional non-bound rosewood fretboard cradles the frets. This instrument has elegantly detailed multi-ply top and back bindings. The highly detailed wood Rosette tells everyone this instrument’s DNA can be traced back to 1867 when Torres developed the classical bracing and construction methods that has influenced the master luthiers of today.

Tonal evaluation of its young voice. It has the strong projected sound of a Spruce top. It is defined, projected but not punchy. The midrange sounds very balanced. This guitar will command the immediate attention of fellow musicians and perform amazingly well at recitals.

So become possessed by what is one of the finest crafted student level guitars available today. Invest in your musical-self with an instrument that will define your sound and become a faithful partner through your musical journey.

Today there is nothing out there that can compete with the Almansa brand.

Aficionados will applaud.

Antonia Rose Fretted Instruments was proudly granted a USA Almansa distributorship. As the proprietor of Antonia Rose Fretted Instruments I made a commitment to the owners of Almansa Guitars that I would offer both existing and potential Almansa customers only stellar customer service. Our customer reviews confirm this.

Regardless of what others claim, a Luthier cannot setup a guitar for you without both of you meeting. I say this with over 40 years of professional playing and teaching. Every guitar plays differently and when shipped to another climate, the action will change. When an instrument leaves our shop it is ready to be played. We ask that you let this wonderful new instrument adjust to its new climate for a short period of time while being playing. If there are any dislikes call us. We will guide you through minor adjustments. We’ve included a spare set of strings in the event you want to bring this instrument to a Luther for final adjustment.

Antonia Rose Fretted Instruments will ship new, used, and vintage instruments inside the continental US only. Our sale price includes instrument with a case, sturdy packing and shipping with full insurance. Our preferred shipper is USPS. We use USPS economical (2-9) shipping & insurance. Adult signature required. For instruments picked up at Antonia Rose Fretted Instruments or shipped to a New Jersey address, New Jersey sales tax, 7.00% will be added. We do not collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to another state.
